Loved the central location, super close to the lake and easy to explore! The self-check-in was smooth, and my room was clean and comfy. Only downside, the pillows could’ve been better.

    smooth check-in

    poor ventilation
    street noise

    The honest truth about this

The self-check-in was smooth, and the staff kindly assisted our family, even going out of their way to help. The breakfast offered great variety with delectable boiled eggs.

The absence of air conditioning led to stifling heat in the room, making sleep difficult without an open window due to noise from the street outside.

    10/10

Dude, the self check-in was, like, super easy! The staff was totally chill and helped out my parents, which was, like, totally awesome. Breakfast had the best boiled eggs, yum! Just a heads up, wish there was a kettle in the room for tea, but everything else was, like, on point!

The self check-in process was seamless and efficient, making my arrival stress-free. The room was spacious and clean, providing ample room to maneuver, which is essential for guests with disabilities. Additionally, I appreciated the proximity to public transport, which made exploring local attractions very convenient.

Great location for exploring! We enjoyed the lakeshore promenade and even took the bus to Pilatus from right outside. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was fresh with some delicious boiled eggs. Perfect for our group vacation.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our family! We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the lakeshore promenade. Plus, the self check-in process was super smooth. The room size was perfect for our family stay, and we had a great view to top it off.

In my wife’s opinion, a kettle would have been great.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the lakeshore promenade, which was a delightful place for us to stroll around with the kids. The nearby bus made it easy to plan our day trips to the mountains.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be improved for families.

    central location
    quiet atmosphere
    impersonal check-in
    basic amenities
    uncomfortable pillows

The central location made it easy to explore the city, being just a short walk from major attractions. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which was enhanced by the limited number of rooms per floor. It was a bonus to find a great breakfast offered in the adjacent hotel, alongside some delicious thin crispy fries. However, the self-check-in process, while efficient, felt impersonal and lacked a welcoming touch from staff. The room amenities were basic, and I would have preferred a more comfortable pillow for a better night's sleep.

    self check-in
    lakeshore promenade
    welcoming staff
    noise issues

Had a great time with friends! The self check-in was a breeze. We loved strolling along the lakeshore promenade, especially near the Lion Monument and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel is handy for catching the bus to Pilatus, making it easy to plan our day trips. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

However, we faced noise issues since our room was right above the bus stop. It made it tough to get good rest, especially early in the mornings. That could be a downside if you're a light sleeper.
